Krazy Karl’s Pizza is a company that operates three (3) restaurants and employs an estimated 100+ staff members in Northern Colorado. Krazy Karl’s serves a menu with award winning pizza, tasty salads, chicken wings, amazing grinders, and a bar with a variety of beer and wine. Krazy Karl’s customers can enjoy the great food in Fort Collins or Loveland dining rooms, by delivery, or at the pickup to go counter.

Like so many businesses, Krazy Karl’s relies on our voice and data network to keep the orders coming, the cash registers operational, and the staff safe with video surveillance. Our relationship with CT Solutions began with the purchase and installation of a CCTV system in our Timberline location. CT Solutions was able to provide the same system manufacturer we were familiar with at our campus location. We enjoyed working with CT Solutions for this purchase and installation for several reasons. First, they walked our administration staff through a site survey discussing the best locations to place the cameras and explained down to Earth logical reason that made business sense. CT Solutions was also willing to install the system after hours, so they did not interfere with daily business. In addition, Krazy Karl’s was able to rely on the price quoted from CT Solutions from the very beginning. We were never charged additional fees for unexpected charges.

After our first experience with CT Solutions, we requested service for the CCTV system at our campus location. We wanted to add a few additional cameras and relocate a couple existing camera locations. CT Solutions was able to work with the manufacturer, update the older system, add the additional cameras, and once again maintain the quoted price. Over the next eighteen months, we continued to work with Dan Rhodes and CT Solutions. We discovered CT Solutions has a full portfolio of business technology products but still willing to work with pre-existing technology providers. We asked Dan Rhodes and CT Solutions to work with our cloud-based phone system provider to complete the cabling infrastructure, phone system installation, and programming. During the process, the two companies were able to coordinate the installation, programming, and training without disruption to business.

Our experience with IT vendors before CT Solutions was not nearly as transparent or smooth. We struggled with network outages, equipment malfunctions, and random charges. Since we have turned all our IT over to CT Solutions, our internet is actively monitored with automatic trouble ticketing, and wireless internet backup to keep the doors open if or when the primary internet goes down. CT Solutions has assisted Krazy Karl’s rebuild our entire network, update, and maintain our network security firewalls, and allowed us piece of mind to focus on serving Northern Colorado customers with award winning food.
